My room had a clean and cozy vibe, with daily housekeeping keeping everything tidy. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help, especially when I needed assistance with my luggage. Breakfast choices left something to be desired, a limited selection and some stale options. Also, the elevator was extremely cramped. it felt like a squeeze for four people at most. Having to return the room key for the lights and AC to work was inconvenient, especially coming back to a hot room.

The location was a dream, just minutes from the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps! Enjoying breakfast at the nearby T-Bone was pure bliss, and I loved discovering the cozy vibes at Gregory's Jazz club around the corner.

The elevator felt like a sardine can for four, and I got the hard sell on tours I didn’t want. The rugs had seen better days, but everything else still shined enough to feel charming.

I absolutely loved the elegant decor of the hotel, particularly how the common areas were well-lit and accessible for seniors. The rooftop terrace provided a lovely place to enjoy breakfast while soaking in beautiful city views.

However, the room wasn't perfect. we had no street view and faced a backyard, which was disappointing. Additionally, the noise from other guests was disruptive, and the pancake machine wasn't operational during our stay.
